THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES IN MANAGING INDEPENDENT LEARNING OF THE KOREAN LANGUAGE UNDER THE CREDIT-MODULE SYSTEM

This article analyzes the possibilities of using artificial intelligence technologies for the effective management of students’ independent learning activities within the credit-modular system, using Korean language education as a practical example. Korean language learning is not considered the main research object, but rather a practical field for testing a model of independent learning management. The article discusses the increasing role of independent learning in the credit-modular system, the formation of individual learning trajectories, monitoring of students’ academic activity, automated feedback, and the methodological potential of artificial intelligence in assessment. Special attention is paid to South Korean educational experience, digital learning environments, LMS platforms, and AI-based tools such as ChatGPT, Papago, Naver CLOVA, and Kakao i. As a result, the article proposes a step-by-step model for managing independent learning activities based on artificial intelligence.
