THE IMPACT OF THE PSYCHO-EMOTIONAL STATE OF HIGHER EDUCATION FACULTY ON PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

This article examines the psycho-emotional states, professional stress, and the problem of professional burnout among university professors and teachers. Modern higher education requires educators to possess a high level of scientific potential, apply innovative teaching approaches, use digital technologies, and actively participate in international scientific activities. In addition, personal characteristics of teachers with different lengths of work experience were analyzed using the K. Thomas diagnostic method. The results revealed statistically significant differences in the cooperation and compromise scales. The findings highlight the importance of preventing professional burnout and maintaining the psychological stability of teachers in order to improve the effectiveness of pedagogical activity.
