INTERPRETATION OF THE PROBLEM OF PERSONALITY AND INDIVIDUALITY IN AN AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL WORK

The article examines artistic psychologism as a key means of representing Abdulla Qodiriy’s personality in memoir and documentary-fiction prose. Drawing on Habibullo Qodiriy’s “About My Father” (“Отам ҳақида”) and Khurshid Dostmuhammad’s “Lonely” (“Ёлғиз”), it analyzes how the writer’s inner reflection, moral responsibility, and spiritual resilience under social pressure are conveyed. The study shows that psychological narration sustains the semantic balance of plot and composition, intensifies the spiritual and aesthetic pathos, and shapes A. Qodiriy’s image as a unique “solitary phenomenon.” The article also highlights the need for further impartial research into the ethical core of his worldview, including the artistic embodiment of Islamic concepts.
