DEVELOPING THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF TEACHING STAFF THROUGH LESSON STUDY TECHNOLOGY

This article analyzes the scientific and methodological foundations for developing the professional competence of teaching staff through Lesson Study technology. The study examines the impact of the Lesson Study cycle on the components of professional competence, substantiates a stage-by-stage approach to its implementation, and identifies the pedagogical conditions necessary for its effective application. The results of the experimental study confirm the effectiveness of the proposed approach: in the experimental group, the proportion of participants demonstrating a high level of professional competence increased from 22.8% to 56.9%, while the proportion with a low level decreased from 43.5% to 13.4%. The article concludes with scientific and methodological recommendations aimed at improving the system of continuous professional development for teaching staff in higher pedagogical education.
