METHODS OF USING CONNOTATION-BASED EXERCISES IN PRACTICAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE CLASSES

In this article, in order to quickly and effectively teach English in higher education institutions, scientific hypotheses are put forward about the development of the listener's competence in language learning by simultaneously teaching not only the denotative but also the connotative meanings of words through exercises prepared based on newly created methods from words with connotative meaning, while simultaneously increasing the vocabulary reserve and forming speech skills.
