Abstract

The article analyzes the essence and components of developing anticipatory competence of competitive personnel under global uncertainty. The strategic importance of an integrative approach is justified, providing an author's definition. Scientific and practical recommendations for modernizing higher education and implementing foresight technologies into educational practice are developed.
