THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COLLECTIVIZATION POLICY IN KARAKALPAKSTAN AND ITS SOCIO-ECONOMIC CONSEQUENCES (1927–1932)

This article analyzes the Soviet collectivization policy implemented in Karakalpakstan between 1927 and 1932 based on archival documents, statistical data, and scholarly sources. It examines land and water reforms, the collectivization of peasant farms, the policy of eliminating kulak households, and the impact of these processes on the socio-economic life of the rural population. The study also evaluates the regional characteristics of collectivization in Karakalpakstan and provides a scholarly assessment of its socio-economic consequences.
