MECHANISM FOR IMPLEMENTING AN INTEGRATIVE MODEL OF INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT BASED ON ART MANAGEMENT IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations and the practical mechanism for implementing an integrative model of innovative management based on art management principles in higher education institutions. It substantiates the need to apply art management approaches to the modernization of institutional governance, the development of a creative and innovative educational environment, and the encouragement of initiative among academic staff and students. The target-oriented, conceptual, organizational-managerial, content-technological, communicative, monitoring-evaluative, and result-oriented components of the integrative model are described.
