WAYS TO INCREASE WORK PRODUCTIVITY BY CREATING AN ERGONOMIC ENVIRONMENT IN REGISTRAR OFFICE MANAGEMENT

This article analyzes ways to increase work productivity by creating an ergonomic environment in registrar office management at higher education institutions. The purposeof the study is to identify ergonomic factors that ensure convenient, safe, prompt, andstudent-oriented organization of work processes. The research employs system analysis, comparative pedagogical analysis, observation, modeling, and conceptual generalization.The results show that workplace design, digital services, regulation of information flows,balancing staff workload, and psychological comfort are key conditions for improvingregistrar office performance. The article provides practical recommendations forincreasing productivity based on ergonomic management.
