THE ROLE OF THE “MAHALLA SEVEN” INSTITUTION IN THE SOCIAL PROTECTION AND COLLABORATION MECHANISM OF THE SOCIAL STATE MODEL

This article provides a scientific analysis of the role of the “Mahalla Seven” institution within the social protection and collaboration mechanism of the social state model. It examines the composition of the Mahalla Seven, its functions and responsibilities in identifying vulnerable population groups, delivering targeted social assistance, introducing digitalized social services, and strengthening social solidarity among citizens. The study also analyzes the mechanisms for preventing gender-based violence, as well as the institutional approaches to working with young people, older adults, and persons with disabilities.
