DEVELOPING ASSESSMENT CRITERIA AND INDICATORS FOR EVALUATING STUDENTS' WEB TECHNOLOGY COMPETENCE IN PROJECT-BASED LEARNING

This paper addresses the development of assessment criteria and indicators for evaluating students' web technology competence within project-based learning. The main components of web technology competence are identified, and corresponding assessment criteria and performance indicators are proposed for each component. In addition, competency levels and appropriate assessment methods are systematized to support comprehensive evaluation. The proposed assessment criteria and indicators provide a practical basis for assessing students' web technology competence in project-based learning environments and may assist instructors in organizing competency-oriented assessment and monitoring learning outcomes in higher education.
