The studyexamines the key components of emotional leadership, including emotional awareness,self-regulation, empathy, communication, and leadership initiative, as well as the criteriaand indicators used to assess them. It also systematizes the pedagogical conditions, methods, forms, and tools for developing emotional leadership.
