Abstract
The article provides a theoretical and methodological analysis of future teachers’instructional and methodological competence and substantiates its motivational-axiological, cognitive, operational-praxiological, and reflective-evaluative components.For each component, criteria, indicators, and diagnostic methods are systematized, alongwith reproductive, adaptive, productive, and creative-reflective levels of development.
