This article analyzes the main stages and scholarly results of archaeological research conducted in the territory of Ustrushana. It examines the archaeological monuments of the region, the activities of archaeological expeditions, and the extent to which material culture dating from antiquity and the early Middle Ages has been studied. The article also highlights the scholarly significance of archaeological sources for the study of the history of Ustrushana.
