The article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations for using fitness and aerobics in health-oriented gymnastics programs for women of different age groups. It substantiates an approach to regulating physical load according to age, functional condition, and level of physical fitness, differentiating the content of training sessions, and monitoring participants through heart rate, endurance, flexibility, and anthropometric indicators. The study demonstrates the need to integrate aerobic, strength, balance, and stretching exercises to improve the safety and effectiveness of fitness-aerobics programs.
