The purpose of this study is to improve the methodological system and didactic model for developing intrapersonal intelligence in future teachers by utilizing the educational potential of philosophy. The research methodology incorporates systemic, learner-centered, reflective, and axiological approaches, along with pedagogical modeling and interactive teaching methods. As a key outcome, a conceptual model consisting of goal-oriented, process-content, organizational-activity, and criterion-assessment blocks was developed. In addition, original methods such as “Mirror,” “Logical Navigator,” “Labyrinth of Thought,” and “Time Capsule” were introduced into practice to develop students’ self-awareness, emotional self-regulation, and professional reflection skills. For the empirical assessment of the results, motivational-normative, cognitive-normative, reflective-activity, and axiological-normative criteria were developed, with three levels of development identified: high, medium, and low. The scientific and practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the proposed system contributes to the development of students’ competencies in independent decision-making and reflective analysis of pedagogical situations, thereby improving the quality of teacher training and enhancing their professional adaptability.
