Abstract

This article provides a scientific and methodological justification for a structuraland functional model aimed at the systematic development of students’ 4C competencies — critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration — in teachingspecialized physics disciplines at higher education institutions. The model integrates thegoal, methodological approaches, pedagogical conditions, physics content, an eight-stageintegrative activity algorithm, criterion- and indicator-based assessment, monitoring, andreflective feedback into a unified system. Four criteria, sixteen indicators, and four levelsof development are defined for assessing 4C competencies. The proposed model makes itpossible to integrate physics content with activities aimed at developing 4C competenciesand to systematically improve the methodological process.
