Drawing on Singapore’s experience, the study analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of the revised “Primary Science Syllabus” for primary school students (Grades 3–6), its central concept of “inspire, inquire, innovate,” the spiral approach to science education, and the mechanisms for engaging students in scientific inquiry and research.
