PEDAGOGICAL CONTENT AND ESSENCE OF DEVELOPING THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE ENGINEERS

This article analyzes the pedagogical content and essence of developing theprofessional competence of future engineers. It examines the structural components ofprofessional competence, the pedagogical conditions for its development, and thesignificance of the competency-based approach. Furthermore, the article substantiates theeffectiveness of integrating theoretical knowledge with practical skills in preparing futureengineers for professional activities.
