Abstract

The article analyzes the philosophical foundations of the relationship between religion and society in New Uzbekistan based on the principles of secularism, freedom of conscience, civic equality, and social dialogue. Through a comparative and conceptual analysis of legal, regulatory, and philosophical sources, the study substantiates an optimal balance between religious values and universal civic norms.
