Abstract

This article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the dialecticalrelationship between communicative competence and speech mobility at the intersectionof contemporary pedagogical anthropology and communicative linguistics. The authorconceptualizes communicative competence as an individual's “reservoir of knowledge” (a static state), while speech mobility is interpreted as the “dynamic application” of thisknowledge in practice. The article examines the role of interactive methods (case studies,role-playing, and Socratic dialogue) and digital technologies in enhancing the professionalskills of future teachers, as well as issues related to adherence to the principles ofpedagogical deontology. The study also discusses the potential application ofmathematical and statistical methods (Pearson's correlation coefficient and Student's t-test) to verify research findings.
